We deliver to most residential addresses in the United States via the USPS. Local delivery is only for addresses in Minnesota. If unsure of delivery to your address, contact us via email and a representative will contact you in 24 hrs.
All orders are shipped out next day ( 24 hrs). Local pickup is available same day at our warehouse at 7916 Brooklyn Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55445. Local Delivery is made 24hrs after the order is made. Orders placed on the weekend are delivered on the next business day. Domestic shipments are made within 5 business days via the USPS.
Prices on our website are competitive. There is a minimal fee charged for handling and processing your order online. We pride ourselves in offering highly competitive prices on numerous products and offer excellent customer service.
We accept all credit and debit cards for payment. We process payments via Paypal or Stripe. If you do not have a credit card or a debit card, downloading and using the Cash App may be the way to go.
All purchases are final. Refunds for damaged products upon arrival should be communicated to us in writing or via phone. You are required to send us a photo of destroyed items upon receipt. Fresh products cannot be returned. Refunds are made for items that are destroyed upon arrival. You are required to contact us upon receipt of your package. There is a one-day policy for reporting destroyed items to receive a refund for those destroyed items.
