1. Place your Order Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want (Add to Cart) and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’or Proceed to Checkout.
2. Complete the Order Form Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address.
2a. Shipping Make sure you click on “Calculate Shipping Cost’ to calculate shipping. The following shipping options are available; Local Pickup, Local Delivery and Domestic USA delivery. Local Pickup and Delivery are to zip codes within Minnesota. Domestic USA delivery is made to addresses within the United State.
3. Payment After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page. Payment can be made securely via Paypal, Stripe or Cash App. Contact us if you have questions.
Products purchased can not be returned. Refunds can only be made for items purchased but not listed when you receive your order. Kindly contact us upon receipt and a customer service agent will be delighted in assisting you.
Kindly forward all issues regarding package with the postal service. Contact us and submit photos of damaged shipment. We will work with the post office to address the issue and process your refund.
Typically most customer order an average of 5 to 6 products per shipment. If you order exceeds the quantity necessary to fit in a large box (USPS), we will contact you with options to secure another shipping package. Since our shipping rates are flat, there will be additional charge for the extra package.
Most payments are made via PayPal, Stripe or Amazon Pay and Cash App. We do not accept check payments for items ordered.
We deliver to cities within the United States. Local delivery in the twin cities is delivered within 24 hrs. or the next day. Please verify with customer service to confirm delivery to your zip. Orders made over the weekend will be delivered on the next business day. Other options are local pickup and domestic delivery (USA)
LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY:
Local Pickup: Pickup your grocery at 7916 Brooklyn Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55445. There is no charge for local pickup. Shop online and select the local pickup delivery option. Your grocery will be ready to pick up at the above address in an hour.
Local Delivery cost is $12.50 flat for an address within the twin cities. Delivery outside the twin cities (Duluth, St. Cloud, and Rochester) please contact us prior to placing your order. Delivery to other states is shipped by USPS. Free delivery applies to Domestic orders over $150.00.
The delivery times we specify start from the moment of our order confirmation provided that the purchase price has been paid (except for purchases by invoice – Cash App payment). The delivery period is next day unless a different delivery time is specified in our online shop for the respective goods. If no items among the products that the Customer has chosen are available the order is placed, the Provider shall immediately inform the Customer in the order confirmation. There are two shipping methods, Domestic USA (Shipment within the USA) flat rate cost is $17.90.

We do carry some products frozen. Since most of our items are shipped via the USPS flat rate shipment which normally takes 2 business days to arrive; we highly recommend overnight shipment for such items. Shipment overnight is optional and cost will be determined and added to the overall cost. Most frozen items are shipped in a insulated bag. Typically each bag can carry 5 individual items ( USPS Large Box). If there is a need to place your order in additional boxes a team member form our shipping department will contact you.
